Air India has confirmed that one of its flights, AI2379, experienced a turbulence-related incident on Tuesday.
The flight, which was operating from Phuket to Delhi, encountered turbulence that caused a momentary change in the aircraft's altitude.
According to Air India, the sudden drop in altitude resulted in minor injuries to a few passengers and crew members.
A total of 14 people onboard, including 10 passengers and 4 crew members, were affected by the turbulence incident.
The pilot reported that the aircraft suddenly dropped about 300 feet during the flight, likely due to turbulence or an updraft/downdraft.

The aircraft landed safely at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport, where all passengers and crew disembarked without incident, Air India said.
